The executive document is submitted to the relevant department of the Internal Revenue Service at the debtor's place of residence, stay, work or at the location of his property.

The right to choose the place of initiation of executive proceedings between several bodies of the state executive service, which can take executive actions regarding the execution of the decision in the territory to which their functions extend, belongs to the debt collector.

A statement on the initiation of executive proceedings must be added to the original executive document. In the application for enforcement of the decision, the debt collector has the right to indicate information that identifies the debtor or may contribute to the enforcement of the decision (debtor's account, place of work or receipt of other income by him, specific property of the debtor and his location, etc.), accounts in banking institutions for receiving funds by him , collected from the debtor, and also indicates the amount partially paid by the debtor under the enforcement document, if there is a partial payment.
