A relative of a deceased serviceman

solved

His brother is a military man who died during hostilities.

What documents should be presented to the TCC or to employees of the military office at block toasts? to have suspension from service? Is it possible to produce a certificate or document as a relative of a deceased serviceman?

According to Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization", women and men whose close relatives (husband, wife, son, daughter, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother or native (consanguineous, non-consanguineous) brother or sister) died or went missing during the implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, repel and deter armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as during the provision of national security and defense, repel and containment of armed aggression against Ukraine during martial law.

Therefore, in order to pass checkpoints without unnecessary questions, it is advisable to have with you notarized copies of documents about the death of a relative, about the causes of his death, and a document about family ties.

If absolutely necessary, you can apply for a postponement and get the relevant certificate from the TCC.

According to paragraph 11 of the Regulation on territorial recruitment and social support centers of the RTCC, deferments from conscription during mobilization and in a special period and wartime are issued for conscripts and reservists, which are provided in the established order, and they also keep a special account of them.

To issue a deferment, you need to provide the TCC:

  1. Application for postponement

  2. Military registration document

  3. Document on family ties

  4. A document of a military nature, testifying to the death of a relative (these can be: a notification to the family by the recruitment center, the results of the investigation into the death, a certificate from a military unit that the man died during measures to defend and deter aggression of the Russian Federation, a certificate from TCC, certificate of VLK where information about the death is specified)

Be sure to register an application for postponement - for this, it must be submitted in 2 copies. On the second copy, the TCC must mark that they have received your application: seal/signature and date of receipt. You should keep this copy as proof of submission of documents on postponement.
