Do people have the right to self-defense against TCC?
The Constitution of Ukraine stipulates that every person has the right to freedom and personal integrity.
Self-defense is considered justified if a person sees a threat to his life, and not property.
Based on the content of this human right when applied to situations arising from the activities of TCCs, it is important that:
The TCC does not have the right to take a person to the TCC without their consent, to keep them there for a long time against their will, to torture, abuse, humiliate, intimidate, force them to undergo medical procedures and examinations, sign documents, or perform any actions, from committing which the person refuses.
The TCC has no right to take any personal belongings from a person, be it a phone, a notebook, clothes, products, etc.
The TCC does not have the right to prohibit a person from communicating with other persons, relatives and friends, a lawyer, including personal, transfer of things from these persons and any types of public communication.
If a conscript violates the requirements of the law, the use of any forceful methods to force him to commit any actions is prohibited.
