A notary's mistake can be corrected in two ways:
"Notarial" - when the person in respect of whom a mistake was made applies to the notary who made it with a statement about its correction;
Correcting an error in court, i.e. correcting an error through a court.
You can go to court only when it is impossible to correct a mistake by the "notarial" method. As a result, you will receive a court decision in which it will be established that the notary made a mistake and established a fact that has legal significance.
