The following categories of employees are entitled to a full-time vacation, even if the six-month period of continuous work has not ended since the signing of the employment contract, at a time convenient for them:

• disabled people

• minors

• women before or after leave due to pregnancy and childbirth

• women who are mothers of two or more children under the age of 15 or a disabled child

• single mothers (parents) raising a child without a father (mother)

• guardians or other single persons who actually raise one or more children under the age of 15 in the absence of parents

• wives (husbands) of military personnel

• labor veterans and persons who have special labor merits for the Motherland

• war veterans, persons who have special merits to the Motherland, as well as persons subject to the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of Their Social Protection"

• parents-educators of family-type children's homes

• other categories stipulated by legislation, collective or labor agreement
