In accordance with Part 1 of Art. 25 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government have no right to work part-time. The exception is teaching, scientific and creative activities, medical practice, instructor and referee practice in sports.
