An exclusive list of reasons for acquiring the status of "disabled" and reasons for losing it. Are there people who have neither the status of able-bodied nor the status of disabled? What are these statuses?
People who have reached the age of 16 and do not belong to the disabled are able to work. The grounds for obtaining the status of disabled are:
1) a person reaching retirement age, including on preferential terms, or acquiring an early pension;
2) acquiring the status of a person with a disability, including children with a disability;
3) emergence of the right to a pension in connection with the loss of a breadwinner in accordance with the law.
However, it is worth considering that the loss of working capacity can be permanent and temporary, full and partial.
