During the tattoo service, a person looked at the process, after ...?

solved

...the work done, there were no comments about the work and the service was paid for in the amount of 100%. The work was sealed with a healing film with the consent of the consumer. The film should be on the tattoo for 4-5 days. According to the consumer, only after removing the film on the 5th day after providing the service,

she saw that she was not satisfied with the quality of the work done. When asked why there were no comments at the session and after the session and the work was paid for, the consumer explained that she did not have time to look at the quality of the work performed.

Two weeks after the provision of the service, the consumer filed a complaint with a demand for a refund of 100% of the price of the service to eliminate the shortcomings of the work performed, relying on the law on consumer rights.

There was no contract between me and the consumer.

Do I have to return the money by law?

If no contract was concluded between you and the client and there is no documentary evidence that you did the tattoo, then you cannot be obliged to return the money.
