In light of recent events, I want to know how legal it is that now in Lviv Oblast TCC employees will check documents on the street without the presence of the police?

The Ministry of Justice emphasizes that the requirement of a TCC employee to show documents is illegal. This can be done only by representatives of the National Police of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are specified in the commandant's order.
