Medical assistance to military personnel is provided at the Military Clinical Center and hospitals subordinate to it in accordance with the area of responsibility. At the same time, both state and communal health care institutions function in the interests of the defense and security forces. The provision of medical assistance to people from the defense forces, injured in connection with Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, is organized taking into account the operational situation, the deployment of military units, the specifics of their assigned tasks, the availability and location of medical facilities, the nature and severity of injuries or illnesses, etc. . That is, in the event of illness or injury, a serviceman is sent to the closest medical facility to the deployment, where they can provide appropriate assistance. It is there that he or she must officially undergo treatment.
