Disability pension of II and III groups for persons younger than 24 years old is established with at least one year of experience.

According to Article 32 of the Law of Ukraine dated July 9, 2003 No. 1058-IV "On Mandatory State Pension Insurance", persons who have been diagnosed with disability of the II group are entitled to a disability pension if they have 1 to 14 years of insurance experience, depending on age a person for the time when he was recognized as a person with a disability of the II group, or from the time of applying for a pension.
