In July, they went abroad (from our community for a vacation for the children). Do we need to go and inform the National Health Service of Ukraine/USZN about our return? Because I heard that the border services somewhere inform about the departure, but do not give such lists about the return. And this can affect the assistance for the residence of IDPs?

You need to notify upon arrival in Ukraine about your return to the abandoned place of permanent residence. The decision to cancel the IDP certificate is made on the basis of information about the long-term absence (more than 60 days) of the person from the place of residence, which gives reasonable grounds to believe that the internally displaced person has returned to the abandoned place of permanent residence.
