The following are entitled to free meals:
orphans;
children deprived of parental care;
children with special educational needs who study in special and inclusive classes (groups);
children from low-income families;
children from families of fallen (deceased) war veterans and families of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine;
children - internally displaced persons;
children who have the status of a child who suffered as a result of hostilities and armed conflicts;
students of educational institutions located in the territories of radioactive contamination, as well as children evacuated from the exclusion zone, children who are disabled as a result of the Chernobyl disaster.
That is, only children under 18 of the above-mentioned categories have the right to free meals in educational institutions.
