There is no registration

Question

The son recently received a passport, but there is no information about registration (the city of Golubivka, Luhansk region - under occupation since 2014). They cannot provide such information in the State Internal Revenue Service. It is also impossible to get through ACTION. Please let me know if it is possible in this case to get a certificate about the place of registration of the son based on the information about the place of registration of the mother? Based on what? Where to contact about this?

To get an extract, please contact the National Center for National Statistics of Ukraine

If your child has a passport and RNOCPP, he can order the service on his own. If you don't have a passport yet, you can order an extract about your child's place of residence up to and including 14 years old.

If the place of residence is declared in a combat zone, encirclement or occupation, you will be able to update the data after the liberation of the settlement.
