They stopped paying assistance to low-income families

solved

I am raising two children myself, one child is disabled. I am taking care of her, I received help as a low-income family, but half a year passed and I was denied help, because my ex-husband transferred part of his apartment to the children as alimony. The contract is called on the termination of the right to alimony for a child in connection with the transfer of ownership of real estate. The reason for the rejection is that they counted it as my income. But as we lived in this apartment, we still live, we did not receive any money, and this was due to alimony, and alimony was never counted as income (UAH 177,000 according to the assessment of part of the apartment). I took the property documents to the department, told them that it was due to alimony, but nothing changed, I couldn't prove it. Is there anything we can do to return the favor?

it is necessary to apply in writing with a complaint, describing all the details. In case of refusal to satisfy your written request - apply to the court for the protection of your rights
