In the event of the death of a co-owner of a privatized house, the shares of each of the co-owners in the right of joint ownership are equal, unless otherwise established by the contract between them in accordance with Articles 370, 372 of the Civil Code. The share of the deceased co-owner cannot be changed by a court decision.
