To conclude an employment contract, a person with a disability must submit the following documents:

  1. passport or other identity document;

  2. employment book;

  3. a document on education (specialty, qualification), on the state of health and other documents (in cases provided for by law).

During employment, persons with disabilities also provide documents that confirm disability, such as:

  • MSEK certificate;

  • an extract from the MSEK inspection report (copies are left to the employer). These documents indicate the cause of disability, the group and term of disability, and the conclusions of the commission on the conditions and nature of the work of a person with a disability;

  • individual rehabilitation program for a person with a disability (mandatory for all employers).
