I am a doctor with 25 years of experience. At the beginning of the year, I used 90 days of vacation at my own expense. How to write the following application for leave without salary during martial law. Can the administration dismiss from work and on what grounds?

You can receive the next leave without salary only with the approval of the manager for an unlimited period, in accordance with Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Organization of Labor Relations in the Conditions of Martial Law".
