Passports in the form of a card, the terms of which expired during the war, as well as passports of the 1994 model, to which no photo cards were pasted upon reaching the age of 25 or 45 (if the deadline for pasting the photo card came during the period of martial law), are documents , which will continue to prove identity and confirm Ukrainian citizenship.
The owner of such a passport must exchange it within 30 days from the moment of termination or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.
