According to Article 651 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, a change or termination of the contract is possible only with the consent of both parties, unless otherwise provided by the contract or the law. According to Part 3 of Article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On Land Lease", the land lease agreement can be terminated by agreement of the parties.
Therefore, termination of the land lease agreement unilaterally is possible only through the court.
