To do this, you need to do the following:
Send the documents to the family doctor in Ukraine with whom the declaration was made (if it is not there, sign it on the website). Use postal services or e-mail. All medical documents must be written in Ukrainian.
The doctor submits the received documents for consideration to the Medical Advisory Commission (MAC).
LKK checks the information sent and decides on further actions.
If the LKK decides that it is necessary to conduct a medical and social expert commission (MSEK), your documents will be transferred to the MSEK for conducting an absentee examination and establishing disability.
If you cannot come for a personal examination due to the lack of opportunity to be in Ukraine, the MSEK can make a decision on the establishment of disability based on the referral of the LCC of the health care institution.
It is important to note that upon the onset of martial law, the validity of the disability certificate is automatically extended for the entire period of martial law in Ukraine, as well as for 6 months after its termination or cancellation.
