Technical passports produced before January 15, 2019 are indefinite. But if it is received after this date for a country house, garden house or garage, it is valid for a year from the moment of the technical inventory. After re-registration of the inheritance or when buying property, the document does not need to be redone.
The term of validity of the technical passport for the apartment is not limited by law, but it must be renewed. If there are any changes, they must be reflected in the technical data sheet.
