The day of delivery of the court decision is:
the day of delivery of the court decision against the receipt;
the day the court receives a notification about the delivery of a copy of the court decision to the person's official email address;
the day on which the notice of delivery of the court decision is placed in the postal notification;
the day on which the notice of refusal to receive a copy of the court decision or the notice of the absence of a person at the address of the location, place of residence or residence of the person notified by this person to the court is placed in the postal message;

If the court decision is sent to the official e-mail address later than 5 p.m., the court decision is considered served on the business day following the day it was sent, regardless of whether the court received notification of its delivery.
