Tell me I was commissioned for health reasons due to unsuitability for psychiatry with article 14-a. They issued the commission's decision in their hands and wrote it down on a military ID, which was excluded from military records with article 14-a. I went to recover in a state clinic on the recommendation, the psychiatrist changed the article to another one. Will the VVK howl be valid and will I travel to the EU countries?
