You can contact the tax authority in person. Also, the payer has the opportunity to learn about the details of new budget accounts for payment by this particular payer in the tab "State of settlements with the budget" of the Electronic cabinet. Access to the Electronic cabinet is carried out at the following address: https://cabinet.tax.gov.ua.
